003. Fried Rice - Nasi Goreng



Ingredients :
  1. 3 plates of white rice
  2. 4 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  3. 4 grains of red onion, finely sliced
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 5 pieces of shrimp
  6. 2 tablespoons red pepper
  7. Leaves and celery
  8. Tomato sauce
  9. Oyster sauce
  10. Salt
  11. Soy sauce

How to make

  • Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, put in the eggs. Stir well. Cook until well done.

  • Put in shrimp and squid. Cook until half cooked. Put in the milled chili. Stir well.

  • Add rice, mix well, add sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce. Stir well. Add the chives and celery. Cook again until cooked.




Bahan-bahan :
  1. 3 piring nasi putih
  2. 4 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
  3. 4 butir bawang merah, iris halus
  4. 3 butir telur
  5. 5 buah udang
  6. 2 sdm cabe merah
  7. Daun bawang dan seledri
  8. Saus tomat
  9. Saus tiram
  10. Garam
  11. Kecap manis

Cara membuat :
  • Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai wangi, masukkan telur. Aduk rata. Masak sampai matang.

  • Masukkan udang dan cumi. Masak sampai setengah matang. Masukkan cabe giling. Aduk rata.

  • Masukkan nasi, aduk rata, tambahkan kecap manis, saus tomat, saus tiram. Aduk rata. Masukkan daun bawang dan seledri. Masak lagi sampai matang.
